Comparison

In 12th class i have got 73% and one of my childhood friend got 73% in 12th class.We studied together from 5 to 12 class (commerce stream). Now college admission start in delhi university he got admission in b.com regular ans . I dont ,because he was SC kota means schedule cast and  i am general .In DU they release their cut off according to categories like general,obc,sc,st etc always there is a high cut off in general category  thats why there is no admission for me.I dont know,i have no words to tell ;(
